Membership Plan
We offer a $399 membership plan for patients without insurance, which covers:
2 cleanings
2 exams
1 emergency exam
Any x-rays needed
20% off all other dental treatment
Please note, this is not dental insurance, and is valid only at Adam Dai DMD PC, plan is only valid for 1 year after purchase and is not refundable, and x-rays needed are determined by Dr. Dai
